Recovery happens in everyday life. Clean socks, basic hygiene supplies, transportation for the day, and clear information about local resources can matter on an already difficult day.

Ride & Provide puts practical support into community-service settings where people are already connected to local help.

What’s in a Ride & Provide Kit?

Each kit is planned to include:

Factory-sealed hygiene essentials
Clean socks
Printed local-resource information
A DART day-pass voucher

The kits are designed around immediate basic needs and practical transportation support.

December 2026 will be the first year of Ride & Provide.

Roller Coaster Recovery Inc. plans to assemble and distribute up to 500 kits, with the final quantity determined by the funding available for the project.

Planned Distribution Sites

Ride & Provide is planned for distribution through four Dallas-area service organizations serving people connected to recovery, housing, behavioral health, and other essential support systems.

Distribution details will be coordinated directly with participating organizations before the December effort.

Who Ride & Provide Is For

Ride & Provide kits are designated for adults receiving services through participating organizations who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, financial hardship, transportation insecurity, or other identified unmet basic needs.

Participating organizations use their existing intake, case-management, or service-delivery processes to identify appropriate recipients.

Roller Coaster Recovery Inc. does not independently means-test recipients.

How December 2026 Works

DECEMBER 1

Volunteer assembly and packing.

Volunteers will organize supplies, prepare kit bags, insert printed resource materials and DART vouchers, pack completed kits, and prepare them for delivery.

DECEMBER 10

Planned distribution across four Dallas-area service organizations.

Assembly-location and scheduling details will be provided directly to confirmed volunteers.

Help Build the Kits

Ride & Provide is designed to give individuals and groups a hands-on way to support the project.

Volunteer turnout on December 1 directly affects how many kits can be packed and prepared for distribution in a single day.
