Participation in RCR activities is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Understanding Terms & Conditions

By using this website or attending a Roller Coaster Recovery event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All events are substance-free. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, venue admission fees (if required), and personal conduct.

RCR does not guarantee recovery outcomes, sobriety results, or personal progress. Recovery is an individual journey.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or attend events.

Key Elements of our T&C

1. Voluntary Participation
All participation in RCR events is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own safety, behavior, and decisions during events.

3. Code of Conduct
We expect respectful, substance-free participation. RCR reserves the right to remove individuals from events for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Limitation of Liability
RCR is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost property, venue incidents, or actions of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property
All RCR branding, logos, and website content are the property of Roller Coaster Recovery and may not be used without permission.

6. Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.

SMS Program Terms

Program. Roller Coaster Recovery Inc operates a recurring text messaging program that sends event announcements, RSVP links, event reminders, day-of meetup logistics, and occasional fundraising appeals supporting our programs.

Opting in. You may join by submitting the sign-up form on our website and checking the SMS consent box, or by completing a printed sign-up form at one of our events or community meetings. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of attending any RCR event.

Message frequency. Varies — approximately 3 to 5 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Roller Coaster Recovery Inc does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

Opting out. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further unless you re-subscribe.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@rollercoasterrecovery.org.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at rollercoasterrecovery.org/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
